COPYING / TRANSCRIPTION
Original sound can copy to/from most standard audio format including
- Audio CD
- DAT
- MiniDisc
- 16-24-bit WAV/AIF/mp2/mp3/mp4 (on CD or DVD-ROM)
- quarter-inch analogue tape
- half-track mono/stereo (speeds from 3¾ ips - 30 ips)
- quarter-track mono/stereo (speeds from 1-7/8 - 7½ ips)
- noise reduction: Dolby A/SR/DBX type-2
- vinyl/acetate disc (singles/EPs/LPs at 33 or 45 rpm)
- compact cassette

- DDP image (on CD-ROM, DVD-ROM or Exabyte cassette)
In the case of domestic recordings made on domestic formats such as
quarter-track tape or cassette the results can be highly unpredictable
